We are a professional rental management company operating in central Edinburgh, specialising in Holiday Let Management and Short Let Management. From our experience in running holiday lets, we know that having a team you can trust in place to manage all aspects of the short term rental process is crucial.
With the right properties, short term rentals can be a far more lucrative option when it comes to investing in property. Most landlords don’t have the time to deal with guest enquiries, changeovers and everything in between. We offer a bespoke management service to do these things for you.
We have found that having a dedicated property manager on hand for guests throughout their stay is key to ensuring their stay is a positive one, which in turn gains excellent reviews to help generate future bookings.
Who We Work With
We work with large, medium and small holiday let advertising companies, investors with portfolios and individuals with single properties. In short, everyone! Some of our owners like to use the property for their own pleasure from time to time, and simply let us know when they’d like to use it – and that’s fine by us.
We provide full management services, including setting up and running your listing on key platforms. Income from the rental always goes directly to you as the owner, and we simply send an invoice the following month for completed bookings. This means you will never be out of pocket.
We charge a fixed percentage for our full service, with changeover fees fixed, so that we can ensure your property is priced correctly in order to ensure that every single booking is profitable for you, and that there are no hidden or complicated charges to worry about. We constantly monitor booking trends to ensure your property is well-placed to receive the right level of booking at any given time of year, whether that is peak season or not.

A holiday let is an important physical asset which needs to be maintained through frequent visits and attention to detail, to allow for preventative, rather than reactive, maintenance.
We ensure this by checking the property on the day of every departure, in addition to the changeover carried out by the cleaning team.
